Dispatch is for legitimate, permission-based, and relevant outreach. You agree that you will not use it to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or messages to purchased, scraped, or otherwise unconsented lists;
- send content that is deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
- misrepresent who you are, forge headers, or hide the origin of a message;
- remove or disable the unsubscribe link Dispatch adds, or keep emailing someone who has unsubscribed or asked you to stop;
- distribute malware, phishing links, or anything that could harm recipients or their systems;
- attempt to circumvent sending limits, probe or disrupt the Service, or access other users’ data.
Your legal responsibility. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your mail — including the CAN-SPAM Act, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules, CASL, and any equivalent local rules — and with Google’s Gmail Program Policies. That means, among other things: a truthful subject line and sender identity, a valid postal address where required, a lawful basis or consent for contacting each recipient, and honoring opt-outs promptly. Dispatch includes a one-click unsubscribe link in every message and stops sending to anyone who uses it, but that does not transfer your legal obligations to us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund, and may refuse to send any message we reasonably believe breaks these rules.
